Zachary Katz Games
Freedom
Made as part of 2nd Pico8 Cart Collaboration. A fun little platformer made with an extremely small amount of allotted code and assets.
Earth Was a Bad Choice Enhanced
An enhanced version of my Ludum Dare 33 entry made in the pico8 engine.
Earth Was a Bad Choice
Made for Ludum Dare 33. Play as an alien trying to get home after realizing that Earth was not the best vacation destination. Lots of explosions in this one.
Ring Retorter
Made for the 32nd Ludum Dare. A battle of wits... and gloves. Inspired by The Secret of Monkey Island.
The Reaping
Made for the 31th Ludum Dare. A single-screen point and click adventure. You only have a limited time to prepare... make the best of it.
Warp Paint
Made for the 30th Ludum Dare. A short puzzle/platformer where color is very important.
Acceptance
Made for the 29th Ludum Dare in about 2 hours. It's a very simple game that should only take about 2 minutes to complete.
Super Jump Man
Made for the 50th Mini Ludum Dare. A demake of Mario 64 in an 8 bit style. The game only has one (relatively large) level, and is missing a lot of polish. Works great with an Xbox 360 Controller if you have one handy.
Sixteen In One
Made for the 28th Ludum Dare 48 hour game creation event. Sixteen in One is a platformer with a number of twists. There are 16 levels... or is there only one? The game represents about 12 hours of work.
The Ones You Love
Made for the 27th Ludum Dare 48 hour game competition. This game is about replaying key moments within a single day.
A Simple Circle
Made for the 26th Ludum Dare 48 hour game competition. The game is a simple (though challenging) puzzle game.
Paint Share
A simple paint application made as a warm-up game for Ludum Dare 26. Enjoy pictures that others have painted, and if you like what you paint, upload your image for others to enjoy.
The Best of Me
Made for the 25th Ludum Dare 48 hour game competition. 48 hours was not enough time to develop the ideas I had when I conceived the game. This resulted in many half-baked game mechanics. However, two things this game really has going for it is its mood, and its ending.
OS:Evolution
Made for the 24th Ludum Dare 48 hour game competition. This is really the first game I ever completed. I made a few rookie mistakes; the main ones being the high level of difficulty, and a few nasty bugs.
